Registration fee is 50 euros. The deadline for fee payment is September 7th, 2026. Payment details will be provide after August 15th , once the list of accepted participants is complete. A limited number of travel and accommodation waivers are available, with priority given to participants from CLEVER program partner institutes. Accepted participants from the partner institutes will additionally receive a daily allowance of 100 PLN. See the Accommodation section for more details.
Refund Policy
Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by e-mail to the organizers.
Workshop registrants cancelling their registration before 7th September receive full refund of the registration fee.
If submitted after 7th September, cancellations will not be refunded.
