Bus Transfers

Transportation will be provided between Warsaw city centre and the NCBJ campus during the event.

The provisional meeting point is the parking area near Novotel Warszawa Centrum. The final meeting point and timetable will be confirmed and communicated to all registered participants before the event.

  • 13 October 2026 – transfer from Warsaw city centre to NCBJ and return transfer to Warsaw after the programme.
  • 14 October 2026 – transfer from Warsaw city centre to NCBJ and return transfer to Warsaw after the programme.

Access to NCBJ

As NCBJ is a nuclear facility with additional security requirements, all participants must carry a valid identity document when entering the institute.

The visitor must have one of the following documents on the day of entry to the NCBJ premises:

  • Identity card
  • Passport
  • Residence card (permanent or temporary)
  • Military pass
  • Driving licence
  • Another document with a photograph allowing identification of a person

Visitors may move around NCBJ premises only when accompanied by an authorized person (visitor's guardian).

Warsaw Chopin Airport (www.lotnisko-chopina.pl)

  • Located approximately 10 km from Warsaw city centre.
  • Most international flights to Warsaw arrive at this airport.
  • Public transportation options include buses, trains and airport transfers.
  • Official taxi services are available directly outside the terminal.

Warsaw Modlin Airport (modlinairport.pl)

  • Located approximately 35 km northwest of Warsaw.
  • Connected with Warsaw by airport bus and regional train services.
  • Estimated travel time to the city centre is approximately 75 minutes.
