The organizers will provide transportation from the center of Warsaw to the RUG meeting venue on all RUG days
The meeting starts on Monday, September 16 at 14.00h. We will serve a light lunch at 13.00h.
The bus will pick up the participants from the parking in front of the Kinoteka in Palace of Culture and Science located at Plac Defilad 1 Street ( 52º 13' 49.342" N 21º 0' 24.624" E ) at:
12:00h on 16 September 2024
8:00h on 17 September 2024.
After the meeting, participants will be taken back to the same place
The pickup place is located within walking distance from Warsaw Central Station.
Note: from the airport to the center you can get by L2 line (stop ŚRÓDMIEŚCIE) .

After the meeting on Tuesday, we provide transport to the center (around 18.20 on the spot)

For access to the premises of the NCBJ you need a valid passport or identity card. Without a valid passport or identity card, it is not possible to enter the NCBJ .
To ensure the smooth entrance, the passport number/identity card is required during the registration.
