The conference will take place at the University of Wrocław Library, located at:
University of Wrocław Library (Biblioteka Uniwersytecka), Fryderyka Joliot-Curie 12, 50-383 Wrocław, Poland.
The Library is situated just east of Wrocław's historic city centre, approximately a 15-minute walk from the Market Square (Rynek) and close to the Botanic Garden, the Cathedral Island (Ostrów Tumski), and several University of Wrocław buildings. The venue is easily accessible by public transportation and on foot from the city centre.

The nearest tram and bus stops are named Katedra, within a short walking distance of the Library. They are served by several trams (2, 3, 5, 9, 10, 18) and buses (106, 111, 115, 145, 146, 246, 914, 924, A, N) connecting the venue with Wrocław Główny railway station, the Market Square, and other parts of the city. From Wrocław Główny (Main Railway Station), the journey by tram typically takes about 15–20 minutes, followed by a short walk to the Library. Tickets can be purchased directly in trams and buses using contactless payment or via the Jakdojade app.
The conference sessions will be held in Room 3, a modern lecture hall with a floor area of 191 m² and seating for 185 participants.
The Wednesday workshop will be held in Room 1, next to Room 3.
