INFORMATION CLAUSE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

According to Art. 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27. 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we would like to inform you that:

The Administrator of your personal data is the National Centre for Nuclear Research, ul. Andrzej Sołtana 7, 05-400 Otwock.

The Data Protection Inspector at NCBJ can be contacted by e-mail: iod@ncbj.gov.pl.

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes: preparation and conduct of the Event, financial and content-related settlement of the Event, promotion of the Event in advertising materials and social media and information about subsequent conferences/workshops sent by NCBJ.

The legal basis for processing your personal data arises from Article 6 para. 1 letter: a), b), c), and f) of the RODO. Providing personal data contained in the form is voluntary but necessary for the Event.

You have the following rights: to access your data, change them, delete them, and limit processing. Your data given in the registration form can be shared on to entities providing technical and IT services of the Event and to co-financiers the Event, or entities and persons participating in its organization.

Your data shown in the registration form will be processed until the end of the Event and the period of accountability of the Event to the co-financiers. Withdrawal of consent for the processing of personal data can be sent by e-mail to: iod@ncbj.gov.pl or by post to NCBJ, ul. Andrzeja Soltana 7, 05-400 Otwock.

Your data will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider that the processing of your data violates the provisions of the RODO.
