Presenter Guidanace

Important Information for Oral Presentations
    • Be at the room of your session 15 minutes before the session starts so that you can meet your session chairs and the other speakers in advance.
    • A video projector and a PC will be available in the conference room. Speakers are not allowed to use their computers for the presentation.
    • Please bring your presentation on a USB memory stick in MS-PowerPoint or Adobe PDF formats, and upload it in the Session Room no later than 15 minutes before the session starts! You can, of course, bring it earlier, during the coffee or lunch breaks.
    • If preparing your presentation in MS-PowerPoint, please use the following versions only: PowerPoint (*.pptx) or PowerPoint 97-2003 (*.ppt) to guarantee that it will work successfully on the on-site PC.
    • We recommend that all presentations should be formatted in the 16:9 aspect ratio (widescreen).
    • If you intend to display films or animations during your presentation, we encourage you to contact us beforehand so that we can ensure that our computer can open the required files.

Important Information for Poster Presentations
    • Posters should be printed in portrait layout to a maximum size of B1 (700 mm wide and 1000 mm height). The poster board is designed to hold a poster of that size.
    • Posters should be set-up on the first day of the conference (25.06) and removed on Wednesday (26.06) after the poster session.
