To ensure efficient organization given tight schedule of the meeting there will be no possibility of using one own's laptop for presentation.
We kindly ask you to send your presentation by email or give it on an usb stick to the organizers during the last break before your session at the latest.
(if your talk is during the first morning session on Monday 20th, please make sure that you send it by email well in advance, preferably the day before, but certainly no later than on Monday 9am)
Please also note that the time allocated for each presentation (and displayed on the timetable) includes questions and short discussion - at least 2 minutes for short and 5 minutes for longer talks. That is, 10 minute time slot should be understood as 8+2 minutes, etc.
