DESCRIPTION:The 4th biennial conference will bring together experimentali
 sts and theorists from a wide range of areas of the field to discuss curr
 ent ideas and developments in particle astrophysics with the emphasis on f
 ostering and consolidating the national research environment in the field.
 \n\nThis year's meeting will take place in Warsaw. Topics include gravitat
 ional waves\, neutrino and cosmic ray physics\, dark matter\, dark energ
 y\, cosmology\, and physics beyond the standard model.\n\nDuring the confe
 rence\, a meeting of the National Council of Particle Astrophysics (KRAC)
