Registration to the event:
In addition to registering through the e-COST system, please also complete the dedicated NCBJ registration form. This will enable us to collect the information required to arrange access to the NCBJ site.

For security reasons, please complete the NCBJ registration process at least one week before the meeting!
How to get to the NCBJ:
The local organisers will provide bus transportation for Participants from Warsaw city centre to NCBJ.
On each day of the event, from 5th to 7th October, the bus will depart at 8:00 a.m. from Novotel Warszawa Centrum.

Participants staying at other hotels are kindly asked to make their own way to the Hotel NOVOTEL meeting point in the morning.
(Remember to bring your passports / ID cards with you!)
The meeting point will be at the rear entrance of the hotel, in the coach/bus parking area.
Please arrive at the bus meeting point at least 5 minutes before departure.

In front of NCBJ, there is a large free car park for Visitors.
Getting to Warsaw by Plane:
- Warsaw's main airport is Chopin Airport, located about 10 km from the City Centre

- Please bring a valid passport or national identity card. The document details must match the information provided in the NCBJ registration form. Access to the NCBJ site will only be granted to participants registered in advance.
- Participants using their own transport should inform the organisers in advance.
- Lunch will be available at the NCBJ canteen. Payment by card is preferred.
- Please indicate any dietary requirements or food allergies in the registration form.
- Visitors must follow NCBJ security and safety instructions throughout their stay.
- Photography is restricted in certain areas of the NCBJ site.
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes during technical visits.
- Wi-Fi access details will be provided at the meeting venue.
- In case of any changes to your travel plans or delays, please contact the local organisers.
