Overview
The conference fee is 300 PLN and includes the following:
- Coffee breaks
- Lunch (Saturday)
- Conference dinner (Saturday, drinks not included in the fee)
Registration Procedure and Payment Processing
To register, please submit the provided form. Please note that an account with https://events.ncbj.gov.pl is required. Once the registration form is submitted, payment of the conference fee will be pending, and you may proceed to checkout:

The deadline to pay the registration fee is September 30, 2026. If payment is not received by this date, your registration will be cancelled.
Invoice
To include specific details on your invoice, please complete the corresponding section of the registration form.
Accompanying person
Please contact the organizers at vfoqcd@ncbj.gov.pl to inquire about fees for an accompanying person.
Scam Warning
All official communication from the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) will be sent exclusively from email addresses ending in @ncbj.gov.pl. The LOC will only collect the conference fee stated above, and you will not be asked for any additional payments related to this event.
Accommodation and transportation are not included in the conference fee, and the LOC will not provide booking assistance to participants.
Cancellations
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to vfoqcd@ncbj.gov.pl as soon as possible, but no later than the registration deadline. The LOC reserves the right to refuse a partial or full reimbursement in the event of a late cancellation. However, each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that a cancellation processing fee may be applied to cover administrative costs, including charges imposed by the payment processor.
