The conference fee (visible in the tables) should be paid in PLN by a bank transfer to the corresponding bank account listed below.
The conference fee covers accommodation, meals (breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches, dinners, conference dinner, welcome reception) and conference materials.

Financial support
Limited support is expected to be available for waiving the fee for students and PhD candidates upon request. Interested students can apply by submitting a recommendation from their supervisor or academic advisor. The recommendation should include a brief description of the student's area of scientific interest and the title of their planned master's or doctoral thesis. Applications must be submitted by April 10, 2026, to PoToR2026@ncbj.gov.pl. Information about the funding received will be sent individually by April 17, 2026.
