- Located about 10 kilometers from the city center.
- Transportation from Airport to NOVOTEL:
- Bus nr. 175: stop "CENTRUM". NOVOTEL is in front of the bus stop. Bus ticket is available on the bus for cost 4.40 PLN (credit card is accepted).
- Night bus nr. 32 is the equivalent of nr. 175 but running at night.
Warsaw Modlin Airport (modlinairport.pl)
- Located approximately 35 kilometers northwest of the city.
- Access to the city from the airport:
- Train: Koleje Mazowieckie trains depart from Modlin railway station, which can be reached by a special airport bus that leaves from the airport terminal at times coordinated with the train timetable. A special airport ticket that costs 19 PLN can be purchased in the airport terminal. Estimated journey time: 1 hour 15 minutes.

The main metro station in the area is Świętokrzyska, which provides excellent connectivity to various parts of the city. From Świętokrzyska station, attendees can easily access other metro lines, trams, a.nd buses to explore different areas of Warsaw. Świętokrzyska is located on the same square of NOVOTEL.
