Zgodnie z art. 13 i 14 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27.04. 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (RODO), informujemy że:
Administratorem Twoich danych osobowych jest Narodowe Centrum Badań Jądrowych, ul. Andrzeja Sołtana 7, 05-400 Otwock.
Z Inspektorem Ochrony Danych w NCBJ możliwy jest kontakt przez e-mail: iod@ncbj.gov.pl.
Twoje dane osobowe będą przetwarzane w celu: przygotowania i przeprowadzenia Wydarzenia, finansowego i merytorycznego rozliczenia Wydarzenia, promocji Wydarzenia w materiałach reklamowych i social mediach oraz informowania o kolejnych konferencjach/warsztatach wysyłanych przez NCBJ.
Podstawa prawna przetwarzania Twoich danych osobowych wynika z art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a), b), c) i f) RODO. Podanie danych osobowych zawartych w formularzu jest dobrowolne, ale niezbędne do realizacji Wydarzenia.
Przysługują Ci prawa: dostępu do Twoich danych osobowych, ich zmiany, usuwania, ograniczenia przetwarzania. Twoje dane osobowe podane w formularzu rejestracyjnym mogą być udostępnione podmiotom zapewniającym obsługę techniczną i informatyczną Wydarzenia oraz podmiotom współfinansującym Wydarzenie, bądź podmiotom i osobom uczestniczącym w jego organizacji.
Twoje dane osobowe podane w formularzu rejestracyjnym będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia Wydarzenia i upływu okresu rozliczalności Wydarzenia wobec podmiotów współfinansujących. Wycofanie zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych można przesłać e-mailem na adres: iod@ncbj.gov.pl lub pocztą tradycyjną na adres NCBJ, ul. Andrzeja Soltana 7, 05-400 Otwock.
Twoje dane osobowe nie będą przedmiotem automatycznego podejmowania decyzji ani profilowania. Masz prawo wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych w razie uznania, że przetwarzanie Twoich danych osobowych narusza przepisy RODO.

regarding the participation in a Conference/Workshop/Congress/Event
According to Art. 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27. 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we would like to inform you that:
The Administrator of your personal data is the National Centre for Nuclear Research, ul. Andrzej Sołtana 7, 05-400 Otwock.
The Data Protection Inspector at NCBJ can be contacted by e-mail: iod@ncbj.gov.pl.
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes: preparation and conduct of the Event, financial and content-related settlement of the Event, promotion of the Event in advertising materials and social media and information about subsequent conferences/workshops sent by NCBJ.
The legal basis for processing your personal data arises from Article 6 / 1 / a), b), c), and f) of the GDPR. Providing personal data contained in the form is voluntary but necessary for the Event.
You have the following rights: to access your data, change them, delete them, and limit processing. Your data given in the registration form can be shared on to entities providing technical and IT services of the Event and to co-financiers the Event, or entities and persons participating in its organization.
Your data shown in the registration form will be processed until the end of the Event and the period of accountability of the Event to the co-financiers.
Withdrawal of consent for the processing of personal data can be sent by e-mail to: iod@ncbj.gov.pl or by post to NCBJ, ul. Andrzeja Soltana 7, 05-400 Otwock.
Your data will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider that the processing of your data violates the provisions of the GDPR
