Description
This presentation explores the role of gravitational lensing of the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) in modern cosmology. By analyzing the deflection of CMB photons by large-scale structures, we gain access to crucial information about the universe’s composition and evolution. The talk outlines observational data, theoretical frameworks, and statistical methods - particularly Bayesian inference - used to extract cosmological parameters from CMB lensing signals. It also discusses the challenges and future prospects in improving accuracy through delensing, noise mitigation or foreground cleaning."
